Our New Brunswick office serves patients from across Central New Jersey, including East Brunswick, North Brunswick, Edison, Piscataway, Highland Park, Metuchen, Milltown, Somerset, and Old Bridge, and all of Middlesex, Somerset, and Mercer counties.

The Clinical Academic Building is minutes from Route 18 and Exit 9 of the New Jersey Turnpike. Public parking is available near the building; please allow a few extra minutes to park. Get directions

- Any relevant prior records or imaging, if available

Your request goes privately to our office staff and is used only to schedule your visit. There is no need to include medical details here; you can share those with Dr. Tabakin in person. Our office will contact you during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
